Platinum Properties is strictly a for-sale/rent-by-owner company. We are not real estate brokers. Our marketing program is to provide you with the maximun exposure possible, so that potential buyers and renters can view your timeshare resort.
Platinum Properties is not involved in anyway in the negotiating of your vacation Properties. We will direct all inquiries to you about your timeshare resort and allow you to negotiate with the buyers without the involvement of a broker or any commission.
Platinum Properties will not appraise the value or rental price of your timeshare Properties. You, the owner, will decide the selling or rental price. Platinum Properties can only advise you what the new ones are selling for.
Platinum Properties will not commit to any timeframe in which your timeshare will be sold or rented. Because we are strictly a marketing program, we cannot provide statistics of the percentage of sales or rentals.
